Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change after we inspect your property and assess the actual work required. We will inform you of any price changes before starting work. You must approve all changes in writing before we proceed.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment methods and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and the quality of our materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Your Responsibilities

• Remove any obstacles or items from the work area
• Notify us of any underground utilities or hazards
• Keep pets and children away from the work area during installation

Limitation of Liability

PremierWay Fremont Artificial Grass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question. We carry appropriate insurance for our operations.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by PremierWay Fremont Artificial Grass. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach an agreement, any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Alameda County, California, under California law.
